Roadhouse Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork with Tangy BBQ Sauce

About the Recipe

Ingredients
4-5 lb pork butt
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
BBQ Sauce: 1 cup ketchup + ¼ cup apple cider vinegar + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tsp chili powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub pork with spices. Place in a roasting pan.
Roast 6-8 hours until fork-tender (internal temp 200°F). Shred.
For sauce: Simmer all ingredients 10 minutes. Toss with pork or serve on side.
