About the Recipe

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground sausage
2 poblano peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned (~8 minutes). Drain fat.
Add poblanos, onion, and garlic; cook 6-8 minutes until veggies soften.
Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
