About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground sausage

  • 2 poblano peppers, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned (~8 minutes). Drain fat.

  2. Add poblanos, onion, and garlic; cook 6-8 minutes until veggies soften.

  3. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
