Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, halved and pitted


• 1 small red onion, sliced


• 1 tbsp olive oil


• 1 tsp chili powder


• Juice of 1 lime


• Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Grill peaches and onion (brushed with oil) 4-5 minutes. Chop finely.

  2. Mix with chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
