Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix (prepared per instructions)
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• Whipped cream for topping
Preparation
Bake cake in a 9x13 pan per box instructions. Cool slightly.
Mix milks, cream, cinnamon, and chili powder. Poke holes in cake, pour mixture over. Chill 4 hours.
Top with whipped cream.
